Finding the right health coach in the UK shouldn’t be complicated. That’s why I keep my pricing simple, flexible and transparent. All coaching sessions are held online, so you can join from anywhere in the UK (or beyond). I typically use Google Meet, but I’ll make sure the setup is simple and convenient for you.
I work with people from all walks of life, but my coaching especially supports two groups:

Those who’ve drifted from a primal or ancestral lifestyle and are ready to get back on track with simple, effective changes.

What is a health coach?
A health coach provides more than just fitness plans or nutrition advice. It’s a personalised, holistic approach to improving your health and vitality. I’ll help you build sustainable habits in food, movement, sleep, and stress management — all tailored to your life and goals. The aim is lasting change that feels achievable, not another quick fix.
I focus on people who feel a little lost after trying different approaches. That includes those coming off weight loss drugs who need to find a healthy long-term rhythm, and those who’ve tried primal living before and want to reconnect with it in a realistic way. Whether you’re starting fresh or getting back on track, health coaching gives you the tools and accountability to move forward.
How is it different from personal training?
Personal training is mainly about exercise – health coaching takes a wider view. While fitness is part of the picture, we’ll also look at nutrition, sleep, stress, and the lifestyle factors that influence your wellbeing. It’s about helping you achieve sustainable results across your whole life, not just in the gym.
How much does a health coach cost in the UK?
Health coaching rates in the UK typically range from £50 to £100 per hour, depending on experience and specialisation. My rate is £65 for a single hour, with discounts for bundles of 5 or 10 sessions.
Are sessions online or in person?
All coaching sessions are held online, usually via Google Meet. This makes it easy to fit into your schedule wherever you are.
Do I have to commit to a long-term package?
No. You can book a single session to start or choose a bundle if you’d like ongoing support. There’s no pressure to lock yourself into a long contract.
Can I spread my sessions out over time?
Yes. While weekly sessions often work best, we can space them fortnightly or monthly to fit your needs and budget. Bundles are valid for six months from purchase.
What’s included in the price?
Each session is a full 60 minutes of personalised health coaching. You’ll also get short check-ins between sessions when needed to help you stay motivated and on track.
Do you offer bigger bundles?
Yes. If you’d like to commit to a longer journey, I can create a custom bundle at a discounted rate.
